Guest guest
Thank you Bruce- your response mean't a lot to me. I really appreciate that you can relate to some of the things I have been going through. Although I'm sorry that you had to go through it, I'm happy to hear that things are more balanced for you now.  I'm taking that as hope for me in the future. This is not the first of one those deeper clearings for me and honestly, this time, it was really tough to be inside of my own skin. You were right the feeling of disconnection with God is brutal and for me probably the worst part was the mental confusion and the symptoms of depression.  I usually try to be a positive person or at least centered. I think it helped because I knew this would pass- but the physical symptoms combined with the psychological ones did wear me down. As far as taking a higher road- I'm not so sure about that. I can't say I was Miss.Pleasant through all this but at least I didn't resort to physical violence! LOL - there's always a bright side Love Mary - " BruceO " <bruce_oom Monday, April 26, 2010 4:05:33 PM GMT -06:00 US/Canada Central Re: What the heck WAS all that?  Hi mary, well, I can totally relate to what you were saying. My process is more balanced now (although its still challenging and ongoing), and there was no real sequence how it worked in my body... sometimes head, then chest, then abdomen, then neck... it was all over the place.. and that exhaustion with too much energy in the body.. that used to hit me a lot... and those feelings of disconnection from God.. those were brutal.. and at times for weeks it was tough.. well done for not responding negatively to others and not smoking.. i feel those choices, where, in the face of great difficulty, you choose the higher way, or the places it matters most.. I was just happy to be breathing after some of the deeper clearings.. lol.. love bruce , merozema wrot >
