Namaste Chris,

All is well. Just waiting for the grace to flow so that K lights me. On the

emotional front, I am not sure, I am so forgiving. For showing and expressing my

forgiveness, I lost my lead position from one of a devotional group. All the

people around me were all so emotional and acting very violently. While they

were all like that, not even a pinch of it was there in me. I didn't know why.

Sometimes, emotions come and go, but they are all washed away in the very

thought. What I learnt is that when it comes to practicality, no one is able to

accept the situation and is able to forgive. What do you say ?

I would like to show my gratitude to all that is happening around me. Every

thing happens for a purpose. Let me not analyze and bothered about them. It's

all a sign of wiping of one's karma. Isn't it ?

Om,

Nat.

A lead position lost due to forgiveness is a lead position gained within the

internal awareness of your refinement towards the Kundalini.

If you were able to steer clear of the violence of the previous encounters then

excellent! Not because you didnt engage in the violence as that also has gifts

to be received but rather because you were able to choose not to and this takes

a level of self(ego) control.

Forgiveness I find is very practical. What isnt practical is holding on to anger

or resentments. And most people I find when they become accustomed to forgiving

rather than seeking revenge or expressing an anger for an anger can become very

adept at expressing forgiveness.

Parents and the forgiveness of their children are a good example of this. Merely

extend this beyond the familial boundaries.

For Kundalini this is an essential practice so it with grace that I encourage

you to become very familiar and congratulations for your diligence thus far. -
