Guest guest
Okay, so I ride my bike 10-13 miles a day and appear to have developed plantar fasciitis (self diagnosed)....I had it once before years ago.... I also fell on my bike about six weeks ago.....and injured my whole left side of my body.... But, my leg and foot are in so much pain....and the energy seems to collect or hover around it..... Somebody told me that she had plantar fasciitis once once before and it was because she was resisting something.... So, my question is.........maybe a dumb one.........especially being a healer and all..but is there always a reason for everything...is it possible that I am just overworking my foot? And, if not......then does anybody know why my left leg and left foot are hurting so bad? Is this a symptom of kundalini or of something like me resisting something? I've been to massage therapy...I'm taking anti-inflammatories (I don't like to take anything but the pain is severe) I stretch off and on all day AND I roll a golf or tennis ball around under my foot.... Any other suggestions? Appreciate you insight and info Judy
Guest guest
Hovering around an injury is sometimes a way of energetic healing of the injury. It can also indicate that there is more to the problem to e worked out. The whole left side ouch! Give more time and consideration for these issues to heal. Do a baking soda and water soak about three times a week in as hot a water temp as you can stand and stay in it for as long as you can. Yes ai feel your intutiuve communication is good and that you may indeed be overworking that foot and the whole left side. Take it easy for a time and change up your routine to give these areas some respite. Even healers need to be healed at times and so no worries my friend! Listen to your wisdom not your fear. Place yourself and pic on the K healing group as well. - blessings chrism , junneau wrote: > > > Okay, so I ride my bike 10-13 miles a day and appear to have developed plantar fasciitis (self diagnosed)... Guest guest
Judy, My wife has plantar fascitis and has tried many things for it over the years. She recently discovered MBT shoes, and they are the only thing that has helped. They are expensive, but they work as advertised. You might also want to join the healing group and request healing for your leg. There are many loving K-active folk, myself included, who will be happy to send you healing should you request it. On the other part of your question - yes, I believe that everything has a reason, no matter how small. Your reason may not be the same as the reason someone else had - we are each unique in our educational requirements and in what Shakti asks of us. We are all unique and so will certain aspects of our paths be unique. - , " djgottlieb " <dgottlieb wrote: > Your reason may not be the same as the reason someone else had - we are each unique in our educational requirements and in what Shakti asks of us. > > Love, > > David >
