A good example is being able to know that Linda also had the cough Kriya. Now I know I am not the only one dealing with the cough. It helps... A chronic cough that last at least 6 months, if not longer (I thought I must be having a long lasting virus) and muscles spasms (I thought I must be needing minerals really bad. I think every muscle in my body went into spasms before it was over with. I was always worried that my heart muscle would go into a spasm and cause my heart to stop. Actually, I think it may have few times, but it didn't kill me, but was very scarey to go through. Went to the emergency room the first time that happen, but they said I was having and an anxiety attack or indigestion. I did become a little anxious after going for such a long time with chest pain to the point it made me throw up and my lungs were not functioning all that well. I guess it could have been my lungs that went into spasms. Even after being here all this time I've never thought of a cough as being a kriya. Anyways, I related to all of that, the fatigue and weakness, aches and pains and the fear. Still have some of that from time to time, but not as bad as in the beginning.
