So I will suggest that those who are bouncing on the tailbone in the many ways that they do take another look at why they are doing so. Exposing the body to Kundalini by traumatizing the body is the equivalent of storming the gates of heaven. Heaven will punish you and can do so in very exquisite ways. There is a level of refinement in behavior that needs to be established for an awakening that is safe and sane. Even with the refinements Kundalini can just blow a persons reality apart. But within the refinements there are lessons and guidance that can be received that may not accompany the trauma based activation.
