Guest guest
We are sensitive people especially when becoming open to outside of the box experiences like Kundalini. It can be a tender time. Even as you experience many of these phenomena one can become more and more sensitive. This will have effect in the " real world " of how one processes emotional strain. Or the negative effects of perceived attack. Emotional blow outs can result with the ensuing trauma of embarrassment and pain as it subsides and one sadly realizes what has just occurred. Helpless to " take it back " many folks will just flush the relationships and friendships developed over time. This is a waste of love. A casting aside of friendships due to ego embarrassment over a mere transformative issue. I would like to invite those of us who may have been hurt or who may have felt attacked by others in their life to come back and continue that help and strengthen those friendships and relationships. And that they be accepted for this return and graciously reminded of the good things they have accomplished towards the assistance of others on this sometimes difficult path. I invite you to continue this journey with your friends and family and with those who may not agree with everything you say or do. I invite all of us to show some courtesy and tolerance towards those we disagree with. Rarely have I known of, or heard of vindictive, hurtful, people having success with engendering positive happy, free, experiences with the Kundalini experience. I'm not saying it cannot happen just that I haven't heard of it, living my sheltered life. – lol! We are dedicated to the exploration of the Kundalini life. From a vast group of diverse personalities we interact with in our lives we are reaching and hoping and trying to achieve the goal of enlightenment. This involves forgiving ourselves and each other. We are different and we are similar. Let us be considerate to each other in our lives and let us be forgiving of friends and family and strangers. Different experiences and different opinions give us the largest pool of knowledge to draw from. We all drink from the same divine well -
