My experience with anger today

I really didn't going into full blow anger, but I got very aggrevated at my bank

today. I have not been upset like that in years. LOL! It felt so strange. I am

mostly a laid back person and nothing much bothers me.

 

They refuse to deposit my check since I was wanting a small portion of it in

cash. My drivers license was not enough ID for them, they wanted my ATM or S.S.

card, too. I refused to let them have it. So I had to deposit the whole check

and then do a u-turn and go back to the ATM machine for my cash. I didn't notice

anything unusual until I arrived at the grocery store a little later. I was

shakey/viberating all over inside and my legs felt like rubber. To walk all the

way through our humungus store takes hours, at least a mile of walking if not

more especially since I forgot an item and had to go all the way back to the

other end of the store again. I forgot my cell phone and was worrying about

James calling before I could get home on top of.

 

I was like that, shakey and rubbber legged the whole time. Had anyone else

experience this? I am still feeling it a little, three hours later.

Hi Linda, yup happens to me when I get angry...I vibrate so much it can shake

things around me lol!

I'm so glad it doesn't happen often it feels awful and the feeling last awhile.
