Guest guest
I heard of this from a friend recently and wanted to try it. says it's okay to do if you wish. Basically you take a tablespoon of oil in the morning (and possibly night) and swirl and swish it around in your mouth for about 15 min. According to the website below, sesame oil or canola oil is best. I also heard organic palm or coconut. The oil in your mouth moving about for 15 mins draws out a lot of toxins and bacterias in your mouth. Be sure to spit it all out when done, rinse thoroughly. Be sure not to swallow it. Benefits may be improving health of your teeth, gums, your breath and your overall health since you eliminate so many toxins and harmful bacteria that might otherwise spread to other parts of your body. If anyone decides to try it, good luck! I think I'll give it a go for a month or so and see if I notice and good changes... See the website if you want more info. It costs next to nothing but your own effort and will to use things like this to improve your health. http://www.oilpulling.com/ be well, bradly
