heading to the sea shore

My daughter takes a PE class every Sat morning and it is located on the coast...

so every Sat morning while she is doing her exercises and forward rolls I head

to the sea shore for the hour and a half.

 

I look forward to this time and it has become a precious part of my week.

Walking barefoot in the sand and sea is one of the most meditative things I love

to do... the connection to the soul of the earth and the spirit of the water is

so beautiful.

 

This morning my feet are very very hot, like they know it is nearly time to be

given their weekly grounding...lol

 

I know how much you miss the ocean so I will be sending you salty water

blessings as I walk the shore soon.

 

I have a busy week end ahead of me so catch up with you all next week.

That's lovely, Julia! I envy you. I can picture it, though. We usually come to

Cardiff every year to see my husband's Mum in Penarth on the coast. We spend

some time down on the beaches there and I love it. It's up in the air as to

whether we'll come this summer as fares have doubled and there is still the

threat of ash in the atmosphere so thank you for the mental holiday! I get the

same feeling near the sea...that is when I don't have the distraction of my

daughter pulling me along!
