Food comments by Chrism…

 

I shall ask to make a youtube discussion on Food sometime soon! For now,

here are some of his comments from past posts. Remember, some of his comments

were directed at specific people and situations though I tried to get info for

everyone in general from his posts. Best to follow the Kundalini's guidance in

all cases!

Stay well hydrated and allow the kundalini to pick your food choices

no matter what is selected " She Knows Best " and surrender as much as

you possibly can to this process. No conscious control by you in any

way. This can be difficult at times.

 

If you have excess heat, eat some watermelon and follow the guidance

for that in the safeties. - blessings – chrism

Try to be as plain and nutricious as you can be. Be balanced and eat your

veggies and yes eat fruit. Do not do a faste by exclusion of foods that you used

to eat. Do a reorganization of what you used to eat with new and nutritious

items. Yes on the apples and bananas and grapes (especially concorde) and

oranges and lemons, limes, etc. Yes on the carrots and brocoli and jicamas and

romains lettucxes and greens such as spinach and chard and kale. Peas, tomato,

potatoes, celery etc all are good as is the juices of these.

 

Follow the intuitive guidances that the Kundalini gives you. -

Please remember that the K will also direct a person to eat nothing

for periods of time as well and the fat that is given now may well be

for that reason.

Stop eating foods that cause severe highs and lows like Red Bull or Rockstar or

any of the " stay awake " concoctions one can find. These are devastating to the

pancreas as well as the body in general.

 

Back off of the sugar intake as much as you can.

in the case of the Kundalini I must give over to what the Shakti

decides is best for an individual. You see we in this modern society

haven't led a foraging existence. We do not have the availability

for certain types of the diverse foods that a forager would come to

know and understand as nutritious. We have become locked into

certain comfort zones of consumption right or wrong from a moral

basis.

 

We have come over thousands of years to have an expectation of meat

in the diet. Our bodies have used meat and the products of meat to

the degree that when the Shakti comes SHE will demand a consumption

of a certain meat FOR the Kundalini to be healthy and happy in its

infusion of the five bodies.
