However I wouldn't overlook surrender, trust, honesty, forgiveness, love, compassion and other great allies... -------------------- Hi Bradley, I certainly agree with you on the above, especially since I devoted many, many years to developing and living those very qualities during my Sufi studies. My experience has shown me that these qualities are the natural outgrowth of treating others with the same respect that we would hope - but not expect - others would treat us. When I joined KAS approximately six weeks ago the balance in my life was something like 95% physical, mental and emotional turmoil and 5% joy. Now I would say the balance is more like 70% physical, mental and emotional turmoil and 30% joy. That is a lot of gain in such a short period of time. With hopeful expectation of even more progress, I begin to look for other practical rewards, and would like to inquire as to what are the benefits of complete Kundalini awakening, and where would I find such information written about, since different K sites have varying interpretations of what those might be? Thanks for your assistance.. Love & Blessings, august =============================== Hey August, from my point of view I would say Patience would be a wonderful ally. However I wouldn't overlook surrender, trust, honesty, forgiveness, love, compassion and other great allies that are with us. The right tool for the right job! And in some situations in our Kundalini awakening we may need all of these Allies standing by us at once! be well, bradley
