Guest guest
Namaste all, Chakrically It would seem fear is a root-mulhadara issue of security. Yet what one requires for security (or how to approach) can vary from one to another. Such as one whom requires wealth but another love but another friends. I feel in final analysis, understanding roots to fear are important to identify which is easy to see symbolically via astrological analysis. Anxiety could be a throat chakra issue (where ego resides, where most dream from). Its different from fear. Anxiety is not as deeply rooted in chakric tree. In either case, both can be helped through yoga asans targeting the chakra (subconscious mind). In fact, hatha in loosening constriction will primarily work on root chakra as it is saturn or form or body or the unconscious mind from which most hidden origins of such proclivities arise. one last thought on fear is that the mars or solar plexus chakra is where most violent reactions espouse from perceived threats, out of fear. But this fear is action and reaction oriented, thus much more obvious, thus more controllable. Elimination of fear and anxiety is to balance sub-mind or chakras. The best way I know of to eliminate constriction is by expansion. Love is the only practical principal I know of which can continue to expand with benefits. It grows spontaneously with attention and care. Eventually encompassing all of sub-mind (filling with love). It can even bend light.
