Guest guest
this might be a silly question but i'll go ahead and ask and if i come out sounding like a fool, then it will be great for my ego refinement, ha. I have a strong desire to meet/be in the presence of Gautama Buddha and/or Shiva. Is there anyway I could initiate this or is this sort of thing only initiated by them? Or would this be a distraction? craig

Guest guest
Craig, You can be in their presence any time. Meditate on a statue or image of the Buddha and recall what it must have been like to experience his teachings in the Deer Park. Be with him under the Bodhi Tree. You can go into his presence anytime. The teachings are transmitted in stillness. Meditate upon a picture of Shiva. Chant mantras to Shiva. See him residing in your crown chakra. See him in the sky above the horizon when you are driving. See Him everywhere. You will be with him all the time. Love, David
Guest guest
David, your words on Shiva make my heart race. I am awash in waves of ecstacy and devotion... Guest guest
Oh I can relate. For me it is both Shiva and Shakti together as one that makes me feel this way. I'm going to seek out a red yoga mat for my practices so I can overlap my blue one with the red. Love: Danielle , " shaktiaz " <shaktiaz wrote: > > David, your words on Shiva make my heart race. Guest guest
funny, I didn't think of that...though personally, I clearly experience such as red and blue. Perhaps I should just invest in one that is the colour of the rainbow. Guest guest
Namaste all, I'm appreciating the color symbolism here and am thinking if shiva-shatki are the blue and red, then susumna being white light makes american colors? Red white blue? For fun, tim Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry " iamwaitingmoon " <iamwaitingmoon Sat, 15 May 2010 00:47:36 Re: buddha or shiva? funny, I didn't think of that...though personally, I clearly experience such as red and blue.
