Guest guest
The Horse Shoe Activation follows the " shape " of the horse shoe. Stand a horse shoe on its flat ends (or legs) and you can see that the arch goes up and over and then down to the other side. So does the Kundalini in this way follow a person in some cases. The left or right foot will activate with the Kundalini and flow up and over the head following down the arms and legs of the other side of the body terminating at the opposite foot or leg from which the activation began. This can bring the traits and mannerisms of the side in which the activation began. These individuals can focus on the central channel or the Shusumna or spinal chord as a way of bringing a balance into their process. Horse Shoe activations are not uncommon and they can begin on either side though the left side is the more common side. It is a viable and documented Kundalini awakening sequence as one author Yitzack Bentov wrote of it in his studies of the Kundalini in the back of his book " Stalking the Wild Pendulum. " He did some excellent research and I believe the book is available as it has been reprinted. - blessings all! - chrism
Guest guest
I think this may have been my experience, from left to right...as I have not had any experience nearing this up my spine- nothing near like the energy that shot up and out my legs arms and hands. I am uncertain though as it certainly was a wild pendulum at the time. Love: Danielle , " " <> wrote: > > The Horse Shoe Activation follows the " shape " of the horse shoe.
