An Astrological sign is determined by the Sun's position at the time of birth. A Horoscope is a map of the heavens, showing the exact position of the Sun, Moon, and Planets, calculated using the exact date, hour and location of birth. Horoscope can provide insight into an individual's personality traits. The Keralite method of delineation of Horoscopes is highly valued for the predictive accuracy. Kerala had made significant contribution in the field of vedic astrology by contributing "Prasna Marg", considered as the Bible of Horary astrology and Aryabhatiya by AryaBhatta, the 4 Th century astrologer.Kerala Astrology is regarded to be very predictive in nature and hence it can help you to face the future in a better way. While watching from the earth, the Sun, Moon and the planets appear to travel through a particular line in the sky, which is called the Zodiac. This Zodiac is divided into 12 equal parts, i.e. Mesha (Aries), Vrishabha (Taurus), Mithuna (Gemini), Kataka (Cancer), Simha (Leo), Kanya (Virgo), Thula (Libra), Vrischika (Scorpio), Dhanus (Sagittarius), Makara (Capricorn), Kumbha (Aquarius) and Meena (Pisces).
