Any predictions/comments in a chart where -

 

Female:

 

1. Capricorn is the ascendant and has Jupiter (debilitated)

2. Venus(exalted and retrograde) & Mercury(debilitated) both in the third house

3. Seventh lord moon (waxing) in sixth house

4. Ascendant lord Saturn is retrograde in the eleventh house.
