Going through WORST phase of life from last 10 yrs(yr2000).(equivqlent to "death")(emotions,health,work). Totally devastated life since then.

can i wear copper(sun)/silver(moon)/steel kada(for saturn) and white sandal(for rahu) and yellow/orange color thread.

 

can i donate daliya and gur to cow on daily basis.

 

can i offer wheat flour and sugar to ants daily.
