When do I get approval from Administrator to have my posts visible to members

Hi,

 

I am new to this forum. I got registered in the site one day ago and since then whenever I try to post anything, it says it will not be visible until Administrator approves it. What is the procedure for getting approval of Administrator. Is it mandatory for every post or only for the first post? Please educate us on procedures and processes of this forum.

Yes, an admin sees your posts and only after he approves it will be visible to everyone. It's mandatory for each and every post. Sometimes it takes really long, I'm still awaiting a post to be visible which I created almost 6 days ago.

Perhaps there needs to be a few more moderators selected so that posts do not take so long to be approved. I also am waiting for posts to appear and Im sure some people will be put off from posting again when they have to wait so long to view any of the posts.
