Divorce problem : Please help : Very urgent

Hi All Gurus,

 

I am new to this forum. I have been suffering from huge problem as I am running through a serious case of divorce. I had married to a dishonest cruel person 5 years back and that fellow has ruined my life and family as well. After a long term suffering from that fellow, I had at last filed a case of divorce against him 2 years back and he is still making my life to a threatening end. My family is really scared of him and me too. I have given my details as follows...

 

Rasi Chart :

 

Rasi is Scorpio and Lagna is Sagittarius (20).

With the greatest faith on these forum Gurus, I would like to know the answer of the above two questions as earliest as possible as I have suffering from a great problem which sometimes feel like worst than death to me. PLEASE HELP.
