I want to extend the system to do horary astrology based on a number and the time of the question (1-249). I am not able to find any resources on how the cusps change based on the number. I have seen a demo of AstroWonder software and in that they fix the start of the first cusp based on the number that you provide (if its 1 - it is 00:00:00 and if its 2 it 00:46:20). What I dont understand is the distance between the first and the second cusps change based on the number. if the number is 1, the difference is X and if the number is 2, the difference is Y.
