Shukra (venus) BAD or GOOD? In 8th house with Aquarius.

I am Cancer lagna. (Jyestha nakshatra Pada 3) , Scorpio rashi. I have attached the natal chart also.

POB : Longitude : 88 :00 E Lattitude : 26:59 N

 

My Venus is at 8th house in Aquarius. But from the commencement of Venus Mahadasha my academics is falling down sharply and I really cannot remember what I study. I am prone to forget even simple words ,basic language or basic math. I used to be a average good student. As a whole my academic is nearly going nil these days.And it keeps my night's sleep out.

 

But beside study other sectors of life is satisfactory.

 

I have shown my chart recently to an astrologer. He advised me to wear a Pearl ring.

He also told me that due to 'sankata yogini dasha' currently I am in, My study is affected and may be hampered.

 

Learned ones please kindly put some light in this adverse time.
