I was born on 16th May1973, Wednesday, Time 6:15 AM, City: namrup, Dibrugarh, Assam, India. Now as per the consultation with my local astrologer over here, my Mercury Maha Dashya was started already & asked to wear a green Emerald. So, anybody can suggest me

whether it is beneficial for me to wear?? Please advice & suggest.
