murli
Dear Sir, I am doing amavasya tarpanam every month as my father is no more. I want to know whether I can do amavasya tarpanam for my cousin brother also who died recently. Is it allowed ? If I can do it, should I place the bughnam in between the 2 bughnams that we place in regular amavasya tarpanam. What should be the sankalpam in this case and what should be chanted for the tarpanam for this relative of mine.? I think I can't use the text used in Mahalaya tarpanam as it is of general nature; it is not specific to an individual because I want to mention the name of the deceased person. If I do the amavasya tarpanam for a relative should I do yearly Sharddham (davasam) for him compulsorily ? Thank you, Murli
