What is the appropriate time to chant Gandharva raaja mantra?

can any one provide verses of this mantra in hindi?

do i need to modify the word kanyaam with the name of the girl that I love?

Om Gandharvaraaja visvaavase Mamabilashida Kanyaam Prayacha Swaahaa
