PKar
Hello everybody, thank you for your time to read this question. I was gifted a 14 Mukhi Rudraksha and asked to wear it. This Rudraksha was previously worn by a person not related to me and was retrieved as he had not made the payment. The Rudraksha was then purified and given to me. I have been wearing it for 2 years or so now. I was told by a family friend recently not to wear a Rudraksha used by someone else before even though it has been purified. Upon searching on the internet, I learnt that indeed one should not wear a Rudraksha that had been worn by someone else, unless the person previously wearing it was an ancestor or close family member. I am now confused and request help. I am a 23 year old unmarried female who does daily puja and I am currently studying.
