Neerav Kothari Posted February 27, 2013 Report Share Posted February 27, 2013 6 am wake up 7-8 breakfast, bathing 10 - fruit 8-12 work 12-1 lunch 1-2 nap 2-4 work 4-4:30 snack 4.30 to 5:30 recreation and errands 5:30-7 evening walk 7-8 dinner 8-11 recreation 11 sleep. i'm 29 year old male, 132 kilos under ayurvedic treatment for chronic vasomotor rhinitis, excessive mental vata, excessive physical kapha, obesity and related ailments like high uric acid and blood sugar levels.
