saie
I am a married 30 years old woman. I got married in June 2010 and since January 2011 my menstrual cycle started showing irregularities. In Nov 2011 I was diagnosed with POF. I am undergoing Ayurvedic treatment since Jan 2012. I completed one session of Virechan in March 2012 and ayurvedic medication is in progress. There is no specific diet that I follow. I have been told by the doctor not to consume dairy products except milk and avoid high protein diet. In Jan 2013 I got my menstruation back after a delay of 1.5 years and I hoped that it would get regularized now. But it's being 2 months now but there are no signs of menstruation. I am really frustrated and not sure what to do. I am worried if my menstrual cycle will return back or not and will I be able to ever conceive or not. I need your expert views and guidance to know whether my menstrual cycle will return back or not and would you advice any ayurvedic treatment for it. Below are my hormonal test results conducted in last one year.
