Guest guest
Dear VNN, Please print the following questions your reader has for the authors of the recent exchange; Hansadutta dasa BBT Trustee and BBT Incorporated attorney Akruranath dasa, Thank you. I have just a few questions. If the BBT Incorporated outrageous and insulting legal argument was never... Srila Prabhupada was a "Writer for Hire" as Hansadutta says and as was widely reported in Los Angeles during the court proceedings, why then are the court documents "sealed" so that his disciples and grand disciples can't see for themselves what actually happened in court? If Hansadutta who was appointed for life (all BBT trustees were), and the BBT was to be totally separate from ISKCON (Ksudhi dasa's mother was the attorney who created the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust exactly as Srila Prabhupada directed her in a series of 4-5 meetings with him and she has affirmed the above), why was he so wrong to publish Srila Prabhupada's books? That was his bona fide Gurudeva's order! If Akruranath and the Iskcon Corporation called BBT are so right as they claim then let them unseal the public record so the readers can see exactly who did say what to the judge. Hansadutta will probably agree to this also and the truth will be known instead of all the name-calling, innuendoes and public record sealing! Thanks Kalisudhana dasa
