To all the well-wishers of H.H. Tamal Krishna Goswami: You probably have heard by now that he has been diagnosed with cancer of the prostate. Although this is very unfortunate, we want to report very good news. All testing shows that it was caught in early stages and is 100% curable. He will be treated in Dallas and will recuperate here while maintaining his steady schedule of sadhana, preaching, and study. Please join us in praying for his speedy and full recovery as is expected by his physician, one of the top urologists in the United States.

 

An additional note is that men over 40 years old should take care to undergo regular prostate examinations. Although the statistics in the United States show that this is both the most common cancer among men and also the most curable, it is important to catch early.
