Lord Jagannath Sri Baladeva & Srimate Subhadra take Snan (bath) in public so all the devotees can have the opportunity to do seva to the Lord once in a year, The Deities in the Holy Dham are more than 500 years old from the time of Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu and are considered one of the most active Deities of Lord Jagannath in the world, Devotees went from Sri Mayapur Candrodaya Mandir to the main temple of Lord Jagannath to perform this great service during this season before the celebration of Rathayatra.
