Guest guest Posted July 16, 2003 Report Share Posted July 16, 2003 The Vedic Theatre Company is pleased to announce the completion of a new play never before presented to the ISKCON community, written by Bhakta Wallace Dorian. The Original Guru— The Story of Vyasadeva is a very unique overview of Srila Vyasadeva's effort in compiling the Mahabharata and the Srimad-Bhagavatam in a storytelling formula. The cast consists of three male actors and one female actress. The play runs 80-90 minutes and will hopefully be workshopped in the Los Angeles area in the winter of 2004. We are currently interested in hearing from male and female devotee actors in the Los Angeles area who can be enthusiastic and commit themselves to such an endeavor.
