Guest guest
It is the rainy season in Mayapur. We have just finished the season of kadamba and jasmine flowers, and all the altars and Deities were decorated with extremely fragrant garlands. There was an exceptionally sweet fragrance in the air, and everywhere you went you could not forget that it was kadamba season. You saw it, you breathed it. The kadamba trees looked opulent, displaying their pride— these wonderful-looking and wonderful-smelling flowers hanging in great abundance on their branches. The flowers look like little yellow spheres, each about the size of a tennis ball, and their fragrance is strongly perceived everywhere, making the people feel intoxicated with happiness. At this time of the year Mayapur is extra sweet and beautiful. Your servant, Vrindavan Lila dd
