We have 900 acres green estate, with over 10,000 trees on the foothills of Himalayas in north India. The estate is 15 minutes drive on state highway from city centre of Dehra Dun, state capital of newly formed Uttaranchal state, in North India. We are very close to Rishikesh.

 

Dehra Dun is a beautiful town which has lovely weather, and clean green environment. The town has an airport, is 4 hours drive from New Delhi and has rail links to all parts of India.

The estate is ideal for a spirituality complex as it is little away from the city, but easily approachable, the green estate, and abundance of trees, canals, roads, etc already exists so gestation period will only be for construction.

All of the land is together, with electricity, phones, mobile coverage, tube well, modern office, a heritage bungalows built by British over 100 years old.
