Guest guest
Haribol, I'm disturbed that in the Mahabharata, hunting is seen as allowed for Kshatriyas - is that really the case? Can 'Warriors' go round killing animals? What do the Vedas actually say about hunting? - quotes please!! And could people hunt during the time of Mahabharata and still be Vaishnavas? Guest guest
if we understand who's a real ksatrya and the heroism of his behaviour in the service of a devotee king and god, it is very easy to understand this hunting (ill animals, not superior in evolution to a goat, or ferocius animals dangerous for the people, with the purpose of increasing their skills) And could people hunt during the time of Mahabharata and still be Vaishnavas? -- of course, arjuna and pandavas, bhima and so on are topmost devotees, eternally liberated associates with sri krsna in performing his lilas
