No evidences have been revealed by the public procecutor ...all these are merely what the police are claiming but nothing has been given in writing by the police to either the High court or the press.

 

The media has behaved very irresponsibly in this episode projecting as though the police has evidence to back these statements.

 

However some things are facts

 

1) DMK was about to begin a protest to accelerate the investigation of the murder case.

 

( but i strongly believe this as a part of the conspiracy - frankly M Karunanidhi is the last person in the world to feel pity for a poor brahmins death. In our childhood days we have heard and know of enough anti- brahmin activity by M.Karunanidhi )

 

2) Sri Sankarraman was never close to paramcharya

 

No body in the mutt knows him. people know of him only after acharyas case has come up. Sanakrraman is a small accounts manager and we very well know many people come to the mutt to offer seva and are given jobs like accounts in various temples and institutions run by the mutt. These people are not those who are salaried by the mutt.

 

3) Sankarraman did file a writ petition requesting the court to order the acharya to not go out of India to china.

 

Though the writ was accepted by the court ..this is sheer mockery...If we have any doubts in shastras we approach His holiness in sringeri or in Kanchi which judge can qoute what shastra to kanchi acharya ? ...If sankarraman was genuine in his thought he must have approached Sringeri acharya and asked him what should be done.

 

4) A person Radhakrishnan was attacked in chennai.

 

But this person was again a sevarthi and could have not known anything about the mutt to get disenchanted. Like many other sevarthis he just served for some time and went back...by him saying disenchanted he probably felt he did not get VIP treatment one would typically expect if they are associated with Kanchi mutt. The police have not made any progress in the case and it is ridiculous to assosiate the case with the mutt.

 

over 1000 sevarthis report every year in Kanchi mutt, how can you ever relate any of them and their tragedies to Kanchi mutt ? Or how do you expect acharya to keep track of any of them as to whether they are against the mutt or for the mutt.

 

5) bank transactions, mobile phone calls, letters, and confessional statements form a crucial part of the case material being assembled against the accused.

 

all false ! - why ? - Kanchi mutt deals with about 5 crore bank assets. 40lakhs is a huge amount and there is no way it can miss account registers. It would have been well know right then among all mutt employees had this been true that 40 lahs had been drawn for unknown reasons.

Mobile phone calls - It is well know among all Bhakthadis that acharya never used the mobile. The public procecutor however has not said which moblie no: was contacted and how he knew it was "exclusively used by acharya"

 

Confessions - yes very much possible - these crooks will not fear draging anybody's name to save themselves.

 

The problem here is we do not know if the conspiracy began after the death of sri Sankarraman or before it ( probably he was killed as a part of the conspiracy )

From what I have heard Kanch Mutt people are saying that all their financial accounts are in order and no huge amounts have been withdrawn.

 

Also Sun TV broadcast news that the Mutt has account in an ICICI bank and the Kanch Mutt people say that they have no such account.

 

It seems that DMK/AIDMK Sun/Jaya TV are just making up stories and as our media is asleep (and also bocs they are part of it) they are just repeating false news.

 

It is so sad that in such a day and time political parties just do what they want and there is no process to stop them.

Hindus.. Its time for being united and voicing out the protest. Most of us would not take onto the roads for showing our anger. We are not trained nor think of burning buses and trains. We are educated and god fearing. we respect law, elders, religion, principles and if there is a discontent we discuss and move on with life taking it for granted. We dont voice in unity about ill treatment of Kashmiri pandits, We praise PM for making economy liberalized and not worrying about the Hindus ille treatment in Kashmir, We dont bother about insurgency in NE states of India. But there is this time for this inertia to be over powered with our strong will like SWAMI VIVEKANANDA..Lets get up and take an oath we the NEW GEN Indians spread all over the world, the brainy whiz kids who are running shows for most of the MNCs....to send atleast one email to the mentioned PM/President/CM /authorities ( I dont know who reads them..)on nay such issue where the politics start taking over the sentiments of majority..

We all know that His Holiness Jayendra Saraswathi Swami once went out of Mutt leaving the sacred 'Dandam' sometime back. He did commit a great mistake of doing that act and He should have been punished just for that. I have great reverence for our tradition and the Acharya should also follow the tradition and kept himself away from Politics. It is unfortunate that we have such hafe baked sanyasis as our Acharyas. I do not doubt the claims of both sides in the issue of the arrest of the Acharya. I really feel that at least now the Acharya will learn what He should do and what He should not do.

I am born in the Bharadwaja Gothra Apasthamba Suthra and do understand the rituals and also have a high regard for the position of Acharya. I still have reverence for the Kanchi Peetam and not for the human body that is being now called by name - Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal. He left the peetam long time back and became an ordinary man like any other hindu the day he left his 'Dandam' and went to his privacy without telling anyone. If He has followed the Dharma of Acharya then the Acharya Position would have helped Him now. He disregarded the position then and He is suffering for His own actions. You can not reap a mango fruit if you have fostered the Neem Tree.

 

I suggest that it is time for all of us to invoke the Blessings of Almighty God to give us strength to continue our Good Old tradition. Do not get agitated by what happens to the body of the Acharya. Follow the Advatha priniciple and learn that the Soul is Pure and Unsullied. Let the body live in prison or tortured by the Politics and the material world. We all should go beyond the stages of identifying the body to the name given to the body. Acharya is not suffering in the jail now. It is the body by name - 'Jayendra Saraswathi' that suffers and gets bad name. The Soul of the Acharya is stilll Pure and let us Pray the Paramatman to give strength to the Soul.

We've come across many who say that paramacharya is great but....jayendrar is not good as he's left the peetam and gone after industrialists etc. Kanchi mutt is finished etc..

 

Such people who claim paramacharya is good know nothing about him or his teachings. They only see him as humble man, no-threat, & too old to cut-through the politics/corruption/conspiracies to ultimately serve the society with resources received by the mutt. Jayendrar seemed to be ready for this and take the mutt's name forward, and saw this as the purpose of his responsibility to the mutt. The mutt politics did bother him, as was expected. Paramacharya was wiser and great man by knowing his 7 the mutt's capacity.

 

Jayendrar dared to serve the society, expand the organization, provide more jobs etc within the mutt (than denying contributions, doing limited service, and have expert people comment on his rituals or unearth controversies on the history of the mutt).

 

These people who speculate doubts on shankaracharya, don't have the wisdom of spiritual knowledge (& true nature) to free themselves from doubting even lord krishna, had they been in Krishna's Mathura at his times and one of the gopi's were to make a charge on him. These are pretentious people looking at shallow physical appearences, far from any spiritual realization, but burried in ritualism and expecting miraculous returns (surrender to god becomes an act).

There is no service to GOD or spreading dharma without social service. Sr Jayendra Saraswati was doing the same.

 

How is the AchAryA misusing any of his affection from his followers ? Is he misusing it because he was successful in serving the people, providing hospitals and educational institutions for Hindus. Is he misusing because he was helping the poor, breaking caste rules and reaching scheduled castes and tribes and providing monetary help for cancer patients.

 

Is he misusing because Sri Jayendra Saraswati is reaching industrialists and invovlving them in social service to help poor Hindus.

 

What affairs are you talking about ?

 

All that news were proved to be a propaganda and conspiracy to malign a GOOD SOUL like Sri Jayendra Saraswati, just like the murder conspiracy hatched on this noble soul.

 

The ongoing trial in courts prove very clearly that not a single evidence was produced against AchAryA.

Let's speak of black marks. Black marks are those traditional and authentically dharmic intellects of chennai who did not let the tsunami tragedy create a black mark on disrupting the Music Acadamy tradition during the Sunday the tsunami hit. This is a black mark on MS Subha Lakshmi who has made almost all her earnings as contributions for social causes and taken to simple living.

 

Smoke can be seen in the silence of those people who finally manage to come back to their families or their roles after getting out of the fabricated cases in Tamil nadu, of which Jayendrar is one of the many. And this a black mark to the state that there are many senior & powerful people who maintain silence, in fear & composure of a situation that they may end up creating for themselves like what's happened to many & Jayendrar. There is no smoke without fire, which is true, and everybody knows where the fire is and it's only becoming clearer. Hope this becomes clear to people of Tamil Nadu who have to vote with responsibility everytime.

 

Let's stop painting Dharma or Hindus as a victim of the current black mark on Tamil nadu. Acharya Jayendra saraswati came out in Mouna vratam and refused to paint a picture of himself as a victim of any conspiracy. This is adding grace upon Hindus and our dharma, and not a black mark.

 

I see only one set of victims in this whole Shankaracharya episode. One is the press, who played to knee jerk feeds from Tamil Nadu state expert-unofficial/unvalidated sources. The others are people who took these press material too seriously & could see through the junk churned by the system. Actually speaking even these set of people are not victims. These set of people require more ownership and responsibility for the politicians they vote for in the state of Tamil nadu, which deserves to be proud of great souls like Ramana Marshi & so many more across the section of its society.
