drrkdudeja
Hare Krsna I am Dr. Rajesh Dudeja from New Delhi India. I am travelling to London on 17th july or 18th july. I regularly keep Ekadasi fast but according to Indian calender Ekadasi is to be observed on 18th and according to UK calender on 17th July. I have to travel overnight, approximately 10 hours on board. Kindly advise me when to keep and break Ekadasi fast. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, Dr. Rajesh Dudeja New Delhi India

Guest guest
Well if you coming to London on the 17th y not join us for the Ratha-yatra that is happening on Sunday. See for http://www.rathayatra.co.uk/ for more details. As for ur dilemma - well before u leave Delhi just have something big ekadasi prasad to eat and have lots of crisps/fruit on flight. then come for the rathayatra which is followed by a massive ekadasi feast at the end so sounds like your sorted - what better way to perform ekadasi - will all resisting food desire on the flight then dancing around with the chariots and then relax in Trafalgar Sqr with your huge plate of prasadam dat Lord Jagannath will award you! All the best whatever u do. ur prasadam loving servant from London. Hare Krishna

Guest guest
PAMHO!AGTSP! I also face a similar problem. I will be changing a few flights and Ekadasi starts on the flight. So, how would I know when to start fast? Also, I am feeling a bit weak in the heart - as to avoid fasting when on flight. Please advise. HK!
