Though i use alarm i could not get up; i think root cause is lazyness. doctor say i have VATA problem.so could you please tell me what should i do in this regard? hari bol. First of all cut down on Movies/TV Serials in night. Try to get to bed as early as possible. If possible do some Yoga/Pranayam in evening (45 minutes before dinner). Keep on giving this suggestion to yourself before going to bed "I've to get-up at 4:00 AM tomorrow".. Keep on repeating till you awake.
