Guest guest
Scriptures and books are dead. Very little can be obtained from this. There is proof in this world now. Wether it be Jesus, Buddha, Dadi Lekrahj, Guru Nanuk the jewels where give to those who heard them speak directly. Now the question is who taught them? Is there not more benefit in hearing direclty from the mouth?

Quonomonna
Study the Vedic conception of sound on indiadivine.org http://www.indiadivine.org/hinduism/articles/7/1/The-Vedic-Conception-of-Sound-in-Four-Features If you choose not to, then consider this saying my father taught me: "If you think what you always thought, you'll get what you always got" If you remain so skeptical and pessimistic, you will always look on the world through a veil on the other hand, if you believe blindly without careful consideration and research, you will always be led around by an unsteady mind
