Guest guest
I just wanted to know if the tiger is a symbol of the Hindu religion? If it is then what does the tiger stand for? This would help me a great deal and I thank those that reply in advance. Thank you

Guest guest
tiger is a vehicle for amba goddess. every deva/devi has a different animal as vehicle. being so, these animals constantly remind hindus of the presence of deva/devi. thus a hindu always remains god conscious. buffalow bull, e.g., is the vehicle of yamaraj. so, it constnty remiends hindus of inevitable death. a hindu has no fear of death. he lives in such a way (corect hindu way) that he is not afraid to die. being so, he is not afraid to fight for dharma. yamaraj is also called dharma raj. jai sri krishna! -madhav
Guest guest
what do you mean by God conscious? What is the purpose of them being vehicles? Im sorry if you have already answered this but I need to be clear on this matter. Thank you Guest V2.
Guest guest
when something reminds you your mother, fathre, girl fried, etc. then you or consciou of them. you did not forget them. forgetting that god is, is considered not good by hindus. the animals remind us god. is that not nice? what is the purpose of horse being a vehicle? is it difficult to figure why one keeps a vehicle? jai sri krishna! -madhav
