Guest guest
are a common imagery among ancient religions. A snake represents the spiritual energy latent in every man and woman. In Hinduism, it's called Kundalini. That spiritual energy is seated at the base of the spine, but upon its awakening it travels up the spine, in a snakelike manner and reaches its destination, the ajnea chakra, also known as the house of Shiva. Kundalini is known by the name Shakti as well. The snake is commonly associated with Lord Shiva as well.
