Meghanatha
I know the initiated women were not allowed to live in the Maths... namaskar namaskar Sriman Jijaji. Probably because women should be married and stay with their families. But what about old ladies/widows?
indulekhadasi
namaskar Sriman Jijaji. Probably because women should be married and stay with their families. But what about old ladies/widows? I do believe old ladies and widows were allowed to live in the math. As far as I remember, Pishima prabhavati used to live in the math after she became a widow.
