Guest guest
Sorry, I can't answer in detail. I know when the sun rises you can do Surya-namaskar. There are Hindus who wake up just while the sun is rising and recite the Gayatri Mantra. Some worship their Ishta-devta. According to some scholars of Vedic Hinduism, the Aryas used to pray 3 times a day at specific times. I don't know if Hindus still follow this today, maybe in India some do. maadhav
according to the vedic literture, the best times for sadhana are teh sandhyas, that is: at sunrise, sunset, and noon times. of these, the best time is brAmha muhUrta, that is the time from two ours before sunrise to the sunrise. a serous sadhak does sadhan withotu fal at these times. however, there is nothing wrong to pray or chant at any time, except when you are excreating or urinating. chanting while taking a bath is common vedic practice. pArtha naiveha nAmutra vinAshas tasya vidyate na hi kalyANakR^it kshchid durgati.m tAta gachchhati say krishna in gita 6.
