I am doing an informative report on Hinduism and was wondering if anyone here might lend a hand in answering some questions that I have that cannot be answered by a book.

 

What are the challenges, if any, to practicing Hinduism?

 

What does being Hindu mean to you?

 

How has religion (Hinduism) shaped your life?

 

What do you feel are some misconceptions of your religion?

 

I only need brief answers with some explanation, unless you would like to elaborate.

I feel sorry that the non-Hindus belive the wrong prepresentations of Hinduism by ant-hindus.

All who need to know hinduism need to know it from ptacticing authorities of Hinduism, not from Xiand and Muslims, etc.

- none that I can think of

- unity with God, love for God

 

"How has religion (Hinduism) shaped your life?"

 

-Guides me to the correct path in life

 

"What do you feel are some misconceptions of your religion?"

 

-That hinduism is one set of beliefs, but in reality are a grouping of vedic philosophies. Also that there are many gods; God is one, there are many demigods though.
