viji_53
Radha attained Madhava(Lord Krishna) by pure devotion. To invoke such pure devotion in us we are encouraged to sing Jaya Radha Madava before SB & BG classes.
Gauracandra
I once heard that Srila Prabhupada would sing "Jaya Radha Madhava" before the classes because it contained everything in the spiritual world - Radha, Krsna, the gopis, Mother Yasoda.... thus is encapsulated everything that we were seeking. Guest guest
<<Why do we sing "Jaya Radha Madhava" song before SB or BG classes. ? >> If you sing this and you don't know why, then the reason is that you are singing it because you are a blind follower. If you sing this and its relevance is self evident in your heart and soul, then you do not need a reason. yasodanandana
why are you saying like that? karthik is simply asking for a little procedural detail. Not "why i sing that song?" but "why we sing that song before srimad bhagavatam lesson?" and the prabhus have answered
