My First Experiment With Saffron Pudding

My second experiment with Saffron pudding went very well. I made only a small quantity but kept the same proportions. I wasn't timing it or anything, but the thing is to stop while it is still liquidy. So as it cools it firms up, but stays very soft. Try it yourself, I'm sure you will enjoy the results Posted Image
