Guest guest
weight lifting can cause bursitis, very common. sit ups are stressfull on the lower back. hatha yoga is best, swimming is excellent, also if you are not over weight but have a distended stomach that means bloating, caused by many things, most common;to much salt in diet, causes water retention. to much carbohydrate also causes putrefication in guts, causing bloating. also certain medications cause water retention, best thing reduce salt, take ginger for reduction of bloating, the more the better. for weight gain, muscle gain, take saw palmetto extract, do not over eat thinking this will cause muscle gain, it will not, muscle growth is caused by chemicals and making them work. Guest guest
that is the same as taking placebo, the homeopathic method is to distill the herb until there is not actual herb left, the philosophy is the akashic(?) essence is left and is effective. why not just take the herb itself ? why am i seeing it as a scam to sell water and claim it can heal ? if it has any effect, it can be written off as a placebo effect, does anyone have any study showing it has an effect using the double blind method ? theist
or is qualififed to give medical advice. There are sites that can give that information on the actions of those different meds but only a doctor familar with your situation can advise you on what if any should be given up. The vitamins are obviously no problem
