Just came across this site, put up by Aprakrita Das in Montreal. New age chanting.

I am really quite enjoying this Radio. A lot of interesting modern musical interpretations of old devotional songs. Listening right now to a pretty good rock version of Nrisingha prayers.

 

In the old days at Iskcon Montreal, there were quite a number of talented musicians and Nandikeshwar actively promoted using them as a preaching tool. This went on for a few years after Prabhupada left the planet. There were, incredibly, over 100 devotees living in the temple.

 

Then Gopal Krishna decided that it was all Maya and everything started to crumble. It seems that Nandikeshwar is reviving some of that 1980's vision. He is the man ultimately responsible for this Radio site.

 

I'll give 4 1/2 stars. I hope it keeps improving.

Nandi have nothing to do with this radio or website.

I was for many years alone working on the website but now some are helping and in this way in the french section we have a lot of new things. And more will come pretty soon.
