kailasa
Pandita Jagadananda, the sixth branch of the Caitanya tree, was celebrated as the life and soul of the Lord. He is known to have been an incarnation of Satyabhama [one of the chief queens of Lord Krsna]. Jagadananda Pandita [as an incarnation of Satyabhama] always wanted to see to the comfort of Lord Caitanya, but since the Lord was a sannyasi He did not accept the luxuries that Jagadananda Pandita offered. Jagadananda Panditas pure ecstatic love for Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu was very deep. It can be compared to the love of Satyabhama, who always quarreled with Lord Krsna. Gadadhara Panditas pure ecstatic love for Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu was also very deep. It was like that of Rukminidevi, who was always especially submissive to Krsna. Antya 7.145 In the pastimes of Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Jagadananda Pandita was always in disagreement with the Lord like Satyabhama, whereas Gadadhara Pandita was always awed by the Lords opulence and was therefore submissive to the Lord under all circumstances. "... and humors of conjugal love with Gadadhara, Jagadananda and Svarupa Dдmodara. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu enjoyed all these four mellows, and thus He remained obliged to His devotees. PURPORT ...In the presence of His most confidential devotees like Gadadhara Pandita, Jagadananda and Svarupa Dдmodara, Caitanya Mahaprabhu enjoyed the ecstatic conditions of Srimati Radharani in Her conjugal relationship with Krsna. Absorbed in these four transcendental mellows, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu resided in Jagannatha Puri, feeling very much obliged to His devotees. Prema-Vivarta Divine Transformations of Spiritual Love by Srila Jagadananda Pandita ... -The transcendental identities of Sri Radha and Sri Krsna- I offer my prostrated obeisances again and again to the indivisible, non-dual truth, Sri Krsna, who is the ultimate essence of all scriptural conclusions. That absolute principle sometimes manifests Himself as two - Srimati Radharani and Sri Krsna - and sometimes as one Supreme Absolute in the form of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. The pleasure potency transforms the original Absolute Truth, Sri Krsna, into two forms, Srimati Radharani and Sri Krsna, and thus wonderfully arranges transcendental pastimes for Them. The loving affairs of Srimati Radharani and Sri Krsna, are transformations of the "hladini sakti" or the pleasure potency. When Krsna becomes two separate identities, Srimati Radharani and Himself, loving affairs take place and hladini transforms Herself into various loving pastimes. These loving pastimes are eternally present but in an unmanifest state prior to the transcendental forms, of Srimati Radharani and Lord Krsna, are manifest as two personalities. How then did one become two? The pleasure potency of the Lord necessitates the existence of two separate identities, but whence came this pleasure potency of the Lord that created this division? The answer to this question is that all of these affairs are taking place because of the omnipotent will of Lord Krsna, who is eternally beyond the influence of time and circumstances. -Srimati Radharani and Lord Krsna are united in Lord Caitanya- ... Thus, Srimati Radharani and Lord Krsna entered into one transcendental form which presently appears as my dearmost Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu. And when I say ‘presently’ do not mistakenly judge this according to the mundane time factor. Remember, the transcendental truth is beyond the influence of time. Thus to say that Srimati Radharani and Lord Krsna appeared before Lord Caitanya, who made His appearance recently, would be an attempt to impose material inebriates like time and chronological order on Them. This misconception will totally alienate us from the eternal Truth. The word ekatma means an independent and individual spirit; so, if you consider that this word refers to Lord Caitanya alone, then it implies that Srimati Radharani and Lord Krsna appeared later than Lord Caitanya. The pastimes of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu are even more ecstatic than the pastimes of Lord Sri Krsna. In Lord Caitanya’s lila the loving exchanges reach their quintessence. When this love achieved excessive heights, hladini, or the pleasure potency of the Lord, embraced Krsna with feelings of great ecstasy and covered Him with the mood and luster of Srimati Radharani. Lord Krsna, appearing in His full manifestation as Caitanya Mahaprabhu, came to His own abode Navadvipa-dhama where He felt a much great pleasure than in Vraja-dhama. He appear in Navadvipa to fulfill the specific purpose of His incarnation and to relish His hearts desire. -Lord Caitanyas true identity- The form of Lord Caitanya is the non-different, original and most wonderful manifestation of Lord Krsna. Simultaneously the form of Lord Krsna is the original and most unprecedented manifestation of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Towards the end of the previous yuga, namely in Dvapara-yuga, the Supreme Personality as Krsna had performed super-excellent and transcendental pastimes that of the rasa dance, with Srimati Radhika and all the young damsels of Vraja. As Lord Krsna, the son of Mother Yasoda and Nanda Maharaja, He descended to this material world with His associates, paraphernalia, the spiritual abode Vraja, etc. He brought with Him the highest precious treasure of Goloka Vrndavana, namely the parakiya-bhava, or the loving conjugal exchanges in the mood of a paramour lover. He had exhibited this mood in the rasa dance with the young damsels of Vrndavana. That same Supreme Personality has now descended again to the material world in His own transcendental abode of Mayapura in Bengal and brought with Him that same spiritual, loving mood. But this time It is carefully camouflaged.
anadi
"The personified authorities on the Vedic hymns acquired bodies like those of the gopis and took birth in Vrajabhumi. In those bodies they were allowed to enter into the Lord's rasa-lila dance. "Lord Krsna belongs to the cowherd community, and the gopis are the dearmost lovers of Krsna. Although the wives of the denizens of the heavenly planets are most opulent within the material world, neither they nor any other women in the material universe can acquire Krsna's association. "The goddess of fortune, Laksmi, wanted to enjoy Krsna and at the same time retain her spiritual body in the form of Laksmi. However, she did not follow in the footsteps of the gopis in her worship of Krsna. Before this explanation was given by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Venkata Bhatta thought that Sri Narayana was the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Thinking in this way, Venkata Bhatta believed that worship of Narayana was the supreme form of worship, superior to all other processes of devotional service, for it was followed by the Sri Vaisnava disciples of Ramanujacarya. "Lord Narayana, the opulent form of Krsna, attracts the minds of the goddess of fortune and her followers. " 'All these incarnations of Godhead are either plenary portions or parts of the plenary portions of the purusa-avataras. But Krsna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead Himself. In every age He protects the world through His different features when the world is disturbed by the enemies of Indra.' "Because Krsna has four extraordinary qualities not possessed by Lord Narayana, the goddess of fortune, Laksmi, always desires His company. " 'According to transcendental realization, there is no difference between the forms of Krsna and Narayana. Yet in Krsna there is a special transcendental attraction due to the conjugal mellow, and consequently He surpasses Narayana. This is the conclusion of transcendental mellows.' anadi
all that stuff should not be taken so literally ,as neophytes tend to do. for instance when he says the Mahaprabhu is krishna who wants to taste what he cannot, so he takes on the mood of radha, and this is why he became Sri Chaitanya, That shouldn't be taken literally, Radha and Krishna are one and the same , krishna is not unaware or unable to taste what Radha is tasting,he is radha, of course he can taste what she tastes, they are non different. In the Purport of SBV Svami Prabhupada (Madhya 13.119) Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is radha-bhava-dyuti-suvalita, that is, Krsna Himself assuming the part of Srimati Radharani in order to understand Krsna. Lord Jagannatha-deva is Krsna, and Sri Krsna Caitanya Mahaprabhu is Srimati Radharani. Caitanya Mahaprabhu's leading Lord Jagannatha toward Gundica temple corresponded to Srimati Radharani's leading Krsna toward Vrndavana. Sri Ksetra, Jagannatha Puri, was taken as the kingdom of Dvaraka, the place where Krsna enjoys supreme opulence. However, He was being led by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu to Vrndavana, the simple village where all the inhabitants are filled with ecstatic love for Krsna. Sri Ksetra is a place of aisvarya-lila, just as Vrndavana is the place of madhurya-lila. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu's following at the rear of the ratha indicated that Lord Jagannatha, Krsna, was forgetting the inhabitants of Vrndavana. Although Krsna neglected the inhabitants of Vrndavana, He could not forget them. Thus in His opulent Ratha-yatra, He was returning to Vrndavana. In the role of Srimati Radharani, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu was examining whether the Lord still remembered the inhabitants of Vrndavana. When Caitanya Mahaprabhu fell behind the Ratha car, Jagannatha-deva, Krsna Himself, understood the mind of Srimati Radharani. Therefore, Jagannatha sometimes fell behind the dancing Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu to indicate to Srimati Radharani that He had not forgotten. Thus Lord Jagannatha would wait on the ratha for their forward march. In this way Lord Jagannatha agreed that without the ecstasy of Srimati Radharani He could not feel satisfied.
