Guest guest
I've read that ISCKON rejects the authority of the Vedas. But, by the looks of your site, you seem to accept, value, and encourage the studying of the Vedas. To be honest, I have been reading a lot of the stuff you have written on the site and in the message boards. And I agree and have been blessed by most or all that I have read. But, at the same time, I am a big follower of Ramakrishna and Vivekanada, and consider myself a Vedantic Hindu. But, if I understand right, you are part of ISCKON, which I have read has described itself as separate from Hinduism. So, my true question is: Is there a conflict between the beliefs/tenents of ISKCON and Vedantic Hinduism? Between ISKCON and Ramakrishna? Between your beliefs and teachings and Vedantic Hinduism and/or Ramakrishna? Am I swimming in two different pools, whose waters just do not mix? Thank you for your time and attention.
