Jahnava Nitai Das
Prabhupada on Hindu-Muslim conflicts: In Calcutta during the 1947 Hindu-Muslim riots, there was more suffering because everyone was thinking, “I am a Hindu” or “I am a Muslim.” But, if one is advanced in Krishna consciousness, he will not fight according to such conceptions, A Krishna conscious person knows that he is neither Hindu nor Muslim but the eternal servant of Krsna. Because people are being educated to become more body conscious, their sufferings are increasing. If we reduce the bodily conception, suffering will also be reduced. Guest guest
" A Muslim is the eternal servant of Krsna" Have you tried to peddle this to the muslims? I'd like to see what kind of "response" you get. Hope you come back in one piece.
Jahnava Nitai Das
Srila Prabhupada has done it personally, preaching in many muslim countries such as Iran. Today his disciples are carrying on his mission throughout the Muslim world, though some sectarian fanatics have persecuted them for this.
